The ABB S800-PLL is a pad locking device designed for the S800 High Performance Circuit Breaker (HPCB) series. It accepts a padlock hasp up to 4 mm in diameter and is color-coded yellow for the 1-pole variant. This accessory physically locks the breaker handle in the OFF position, meeting lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements for panel maintenance.
Mounts directly onto the S800 HPCB toggle handle. The yellow housing indicates a 1-pole application; multi-pole breakers use a different color code. The 4 mm hasp diameter is standard for most industrial padlocks. No additional bracket or adapter is required for DIN-rail or panel-mounted S800 breakers.
