32 A, Curve K — built for motor and transformer circuits
The ABB S801S-K32 is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker from the S800S series, rated at 32 A with a Trip Curve K characteristic. That curve is the one you reach for when the load draws a high inrush — motors, transformers, solenoid banks — where a B-curve would nuisance-trip on startup and a C-curve might still be borderline. The 50 kA interrupting rating at 230 VAC gives it the headroom to clear a hard fault without cascading upstream, which matters when this breaker sits in a distribution panel feeding a motor control center. Snaps onto standard DIN rail, so it integrates into any panel that already carries S800S or similar modular gear. Single-pole means it protects one phase; for three-phase motor feeds you'd stack three units with a common handle tie.
