The S802UE-K30 is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker from the ABB S800UE series, rated 30 A with a Trip Curve D characteristic. It interrupts faults up to 10 kA at 120 VAC and mounts on a standard DIN rail. The Trip Curve D means it tolerates the inrush of motor loads and transformer primaries without nuisance tripping — the magnetic trip threshold sits at 10–20× rated current, so brief high-starting currents pass through while still clearing hard faults.
Panel Integration
Snaps onto a DIN rail in the standard 1-pole width. The 10 kA interrupting rating at 120 VAC means it can be used in branch circuits where the available fault current stays under that threshold — no need for a current-limiting upstream device in most light commercial panels. The S800UE family uses a compact modular housing that leaves adjacent slots free for additional breakers or accessories.
