The Eaton TA200DU110 is a thermal bimetallic overload relay from the A-Line series, rated for 110 A continuous, adjustable down to 80 A.
The 80–110 A adjustment range covers a common motor FLA band — think 30–50 HP at 460 V or 20–30 HP at 230 V. The Trip Class 10 rating means it clears a stall before the motor winding temperature climbs past its insulation class; that's the standard for most pump, fan, and conveyor motors. Selectable manual or automatic reset gives the panel builder the choice: auto for remote/unattended sites, manual for safety circuits where a restart requires a deliberate action.
Integration with A-Line contactors
The TA200DU110 mounts directly to A/AF145 through A/AF185 frame contactors. No separate base or adapter required — it clips onto the contactor's power terminals and shares the same DIN-rail footprint. That keeps the panel layout tight and the wiring path short between the contactor output and the overload input.
