The TA200DU175 is a thermal bi-metallic overload relay from Eaton's A-Line series, sized for the 130 to 175 amp range. Three poles, Trip Class 10 — meaning it trips fast enough to protect a standard motor on a hard stall without nuisance-tripping on normal starting inrush. Selectable manual or automatic reset gives the panel builder or field tech a choice: auto for remote or unattended gear, manual when you want someone to eyeball the motor before restarting.
Where it lives in the panel
This relay mounts directly to A/AE/AF145 through A/AE/AF185 frame contactors — no extra brackets, no wiring harness adapters. That's the A-Line trick: the overload and contactor share a common backplane, so the assembly slides onto the DIN rail as one unit. Saves a couple of inches of rail space and keeps the power wiring short between the contactor output and the overload input. For a panel builder stuffing a 200-amp motor starter into a tight enclosure, that matters.
