The ABB TA75DU32/DB80 is a thermal overload relay with a Class 10 trip characteristic, adjustable from 22 to 32 A, mounted on a DB80 base. It protects three-phase induction motors against sustained overcurrent and phase-loss conditions by heating a bimetal strip that trips the contactor's holding circuit. The Class 10 curve means it will trip within 10 seconds at 600% of the set current — fast enough for most general-purpose motor starting applications, but not for high-inertia loads that need a Class 20 or 30 delay.
Adjustment range 22-32 A. DB80 base mounts on ABB A-line contactors A9 through A40 series.
