Obsolete — sourcing through independent channels
Omron has marked the CP1E-N30DT-D as obsolete. Sourcing is through independent surplus and broker channels — quantities are lot-specific and confirmed at RFQ.
What the 18 inputs / 12 outputs mean for fit
The CP1E-N30DT-D carries 18 digital inputs and 12 solid-state outputs, all running on a 24 VDC supply. The 18 inputs handle discrete sensors — limit switches, proximity sensors, pushbuttons — while the 12 transistor outputs drive solenoids, contactor coils, or indicator lamps without relay maintenance. With 8K words of program memory, this controller fits mid-size machine sequences that don't need floating-point math or large data tables.
Panel integration and expansion
Mounts on DIN rail or direct to a chassis plate using the integral slots. The base unit expands to 40 modules across 3 racks max — add analog I/O, temperature inputs, or serial communication option cards as the application grows. The RS-232C port on the CPU handles programming via CX-One software and basic HMI or inverter links.
Approvals and environmental range
Carries CE, cULus, Lloyd's Register, and NK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) approvals — covers industrial control panels for general machinery, marine, and shipboard applications. Rated for 0 °C to 55 °C ambient, so it suits non-conditioned cabinets on the factory floor or inside a marine switchboard.
