The Omron CP1L-M60DT-D is a current-production micro PLC packing 36 digital inputs and 24 solid-state outputs on a 24VDC backplane, with 32K words of program memory and room for up to three expansion modules via the side bus. It's a known runner in machine control – value's in the sort, and this one's active with no last-time-buy clock ticking yet.
Where it lands vs the relay-sibling
The CP1L-M60DR-D carries the same 36 inputs and 24 outputs but with relay contacts instead of solid-state. That means the -DT-D switches faster and has no mechanical wear, but it can't handle the same inductive surge as the -DR-D's relays. Same footprint, same supply voltage, same memory and expansion limit – the output type is the only decision break. If your panel was wired for relay outputs, the -DT-D won't drop in without swapping the output cards or re-terminating the load side.
