The Omron E2E-X10MC1L18-M1 is an active-production inductive proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series, built for washdown and oil-exposed zones. It senses 10 mm unshielded through an M18 brass barrel (nickel-plated) with an M12 quick-disconnect. Rated for 10–30 V DC, NPN output (normally open), sinking 200 mA maximum. IP67 and IP69K certified, so it survives high-pressure wash cycles and hot-oil splash. Standard compliance includes CE, CSA, and UL 60947-5-2, covering most panel-level cert requirements.
Mounting and Connection Checklist
Thread the M18 barrel into any standard bracket with the included clamping nuts and toothed washer; the nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion. Cable up with a standard M12 3-pin cordset and use the integral LED indicator for local run/stop status.
