The nickel-plated brass housing and integrated M12 connector make it a drop-in replacement for existing M30 prox mounts. Output is NPN normally-open, switching up to 200 mA at 10–30 V DC. The three-wire DC supply is standard for PLC digital inputs; verify sink/source compatibility before wiring.
Environmental resistance & mounting
Rated IP67 and IP69K, with oil resistance, washdown resistance, and vibration resistance as part of the E2E NEXT environmental package. Suitable for food-processing zones, washdown areas, and coolant-heavy machining centers where standard proxes fail. The clamping nuts and toothed washer are included in the box – no separate hardware order needed. Mount using the standard M30 nut; unshielded construction yields 18 mm usable sensing distance without flush-mount derating. The M12 connector mates with standard cordsets using three wires.
