Environmental resistance for harsh processes
Rated IP67 and IP69K, this sensor withstands high-pressure hot-water washdown — common in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical lines. The feature set includes oil resistance, washdown resistance, and water resistance, supported by Prox3 Hybrid Circuitry with Thermal Distance Control that stabilizes sensing when the head temperature rises or contaminants accumulate. The nickel-plated brass body and included clamping nuts with toothed washer handle vibration without loosening. Operating temperature spans -40°F to 185°F, covering freezer-to-cook applications.
