The Omron E2E-X2C1L12-M1 is a shielded M12 cylindrical proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series, rated for 2 mm sensing distance with NPN normally-open output. It operates on 10-30 V DC and switches up to 200 mA. The brass body, nickel-plated, carries IP67 and IP69K ratings, making it a candidate for washdown or wet environments. Supplied with clamping nuts and a toothed washer, the sensor mounts into a standard M12 threaded hole. The M12 male connector allows a quick swap without opening the panel.
