It trips on earth leakage down to 30 mA, covers sinusoidal and pulsed DC fault currents, and does it without relying on the supply voltage—the voltage-independent mechanism means it clears an earth fault even if the neutral is lost upstream. Connections accept up to 35 mm² rigid or 25 mm² flexible via the top or bottom biconnect terminals; tighten to 3.5 N·m and strip 14 mm. Pollution degree 2, IP20 (IP40 inside a modular enclosure), and it's designed for the standard 50/60 Hz network. The earth-leakage protection is instantaneous—no time delay.
Mounting & wiring notes
Neutral fixed left—plan your busbar/finger alignment accordingly. Terminals accept rigid conductors 1–35 mm² or flexible 1–25 mm² top and bottom. If paralleling conductors, sum cross-sections must stay within terminal capacity—no daisy-chaining through the RCCB itself. Operational temperature range -25 to 40 °C; storage -30 to 70 °C. The IP20 face is sufficient for distribution boards; the IP40 modular enclosure rating applies when panel front is closed.
