The C063L35AFM is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NS new generation 3-pole molded-case circuit breaker rated 630 A at 50 °C, fitted with a MicroLogic 5.0 A electronic trip unit. It's built for distribution duty in fixed-mount, manually operated panels — the backplate mount and 70 mm connection pitch make it a straight swap into existing ComPacT NS630b to 1600 switchboards.
For selectivity with downstream breakers, the MicroLogic 5.0 A provides LSI protection curves: overload (L), short-time short-circuit (S), and instantaneous (I). The 20-minute thermal memory means the trip unit remembers prior heating events, so it won't nuisance-trip on repeated inrush if the breaker is still warm. Category A utilization (no intentional short-time delay) confirms this is for distribution, not motor-starting duty.
Integration notes
Fixed mount on a backplate, 210 mm wide, 327 mm tall, 147 mm deep — fits standard ComPacT cutouts. Front connection both top and bottom; connection pitch is 70 mm. The LCD display and four red LEDs for fault indication plus one yellow for overload give you on-board diagnostics without a separate meter. IK07 impact resistance handles accidental tool drops during maintenance.
