The Schneider Electric C100L3WM is a basic frame from the ComPacT NS630b...1600 new generation range. It is a 3-pole, manually operated, withdrawable circuit breaker frame rated 1000 A at 50 °C, with a breaking capacity of 150 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2. The frame ships without a control unit or protection module; the buyer selects a separate trip unit (Micrologic or similar) to set the protection curve.
At 440 V the Icu drops to 130 kA; at 500/525 V it is 100 kA. The short-time withstand (Icw) is 19.2 kA for 1 second, which supports selective coordination with downstream breakers — the frame holds closed through a downstream fault long enough for the branch breaker to clear it.
Physical integration and mounting
The frame is withdrawable (drawout), meaning the moving portion disconnects from the fixed base for safe maintenance or swap without unbolting cables. Mounting is on a backplate with a 70 mm connection pitch. Dimensions: 260 mm height, 236 mm width, 147 mm depth.
