The Schneider Electric C10N3TM016C is a ComPacT NSX100N moulded-case circuit breaker, 3-pole, rated 16 A at 50 °C with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit. It carries an N breaking capacity: 50 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC and 90 kA Icu at 220/240 V AC, both per IEC 60947-2. That 50 kA at 415 V gives you headroom for high-fault panelboards without cascading upstream — common in distribution switchboards and motor control centres.
If your panel runs hotter, you'll need to apply the standard thermal derating curve for the NSX frame. The TM-D trip provides L (thermal overload) and I (magnetic short-circuit) protection; no earth-leakage module is fitted, so if you need ground-fault, you'll add a Vigi add-on block. Mechanical durability is 50,000 cycles, electrical durability varies from 50,000 cycles at In/2 up to 10,000 cycles at In — enough for frequent switching in distribution, but not a motor-starting duty cycle.
