It's a current-production distribution breaker built to EN/IEC 60947-2, suitable for isolation per that standard.

The TM-D trip unit combines a thermal bimetal for overload protection (inverse-time, I²t) and a magnetic solenoid for short-circuit protection (instantaneous). The 4-pole version (3 phases + switched neutral) is common for three-phase distribution where the neutral needs isolation or protection.
