Product details

The C16H3TM100C is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX160H moulded-case circuit breaker, 3-pole, fitted with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit rated 100 A at 50 °C. The TM-D trip provides fixed thermal overload protection (L) and fixed magnetic short-circuit protection (I), no adjustment needed. That makes it a straight drop-in for distribution panels where the load current is known and won't change.

Front connections top and bottom, with a 35 mm connection pitch that matches standard busbar systems. The 3-pole body is 105 mm wide, 161 mm tall, 86 mm deep. IP40 front face, IK07 impact resistance — fine for a closed panel, not for washdown areas.

Downstream of a transformer or upstream of a distribution board, that SCCR gives headroom for high-fault installations. At 220/240 V it's 100 kA Icu; at 690 V it drops to 10 kA Icu — still enough for most 690 V motor circuits if the available fault current is known.
