Motor protection breaker with MicroLogic 2.2 M
It carries a 100 A MicroLogic 2.2 M electronic trip unit rated at 65 °C, with selectable motor tripping classes 5, 10, and 20 — so you match the thermal curve to the motor start profile (pump, fan, or high-inertia load).
Rated 100 kA Icu at 240 V AC, 70 kA at 415 V AC, and 35 kA at 525 V AC per IEC 60947-2. At 480 V AC it delivers 65 kA Icu per UL 60947-4-1. The H breaking capacity code (70 kA at 415 V) places it above the standard S rating — useful for high-fault panels where you need selectivity with upstream gear without stepping to a larger frame. The electronic trip unit provides L (long-time), So (short-time with fixed delay), and I (instantaneous) protection curves, with a 20-minute thermal memory that remembers the heat profile before and after a trip.
IP40 enclosure protection (finger-safe, not washdown). Operating altitude 0–2000 m without derating, 2000–5000 m with derating. Relative humidity 0–95 %.
Mechanical durability: 40,000 cycles. Electrical durability: 40,000 cycles at 440 V at half rated current, 20,000 cycles at full rated current, 15,000 cycles at 690 V at half current, 7,500 cycles at full 690 V. Utilisation category A (non-selectivity for short-circuit). The toggle control provides manual on/off and trip indication with a flashing green LED for ready state and red LED at 95 % Ith thermal warning.
