The Schneider Electric C25B3TM200C is a ComPacT NSX250B moulded-case circuit breaker with a 200 A thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit, three poles protected (3D), and a 25 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC. The TM-D trip gives you fixed thermal overload (L) and fixed magnetic short-circuit (I) protection; no adjustment dials, so what you see on the nameplate is what you get in the panel.

25 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2. At 240 V it is 40 kA Icu; at 500 V it derates to 15 kA Icu.
A fixed thermal-magnetic TM-D unit — thermal for overload (L), magnetic for short-circuit (I). No electronic adjustments; the 200 A rating is fixed at 50 °C.
