The GS2LG4 is a TeSys GS switch-disconnector-fuse, 4 poles, rated 160 A at 400 V AC-23A and AC-23B, and 125 A at 690 V in the same duty classes. Breaking capacity is 1280 A at 400 V AC-23B, making capacity 1600 A at the same voltage. It accepts DIN fuse links, size 0, and is rated for 20 kA short-circuit withstand with the correct gG fuses.
The AC-23B ratings (160 A at 400 V, 125 A at 690 V) cover motor switching with occasional overloads; AC-23A is the same current but for less frequent switching. DC ratings are lower: 125 A at 440 V with two poles in series per phase. Insulation voltage is 750 V AC, impulse withstand 8 kV — standard for 400/690 V industrial distribution.
Plate-mounted, not DIN-rail. The external left-side operating handle means the switch body sits behind a panel door or enclosure cutout. Power circuit terminals accept bars up to 20 mm² or ring lugs 50–95 mm²; tightening torque is 12 N·m. Mechanical durability is 10,000 cycles; electrical durability varies by duty class (1000 cycles AC-23A/B, 200 cycles DC-23A/B).
