It pulls in on 24 to 48 V AC/DC, and the built-in bidirectional peak limiting handles the snubbing itself — you don't need an external R-C or varistor across the coil. Rated for 5 million mechanical cycles, and it'll cycle up to 600 times a minute at 140 °F (60 °C) ambient. That's a lot of opening and closing before the coil gives up. Opening time runs 20 to 35 ms, closing 40 to 55 ms — consistent enough for sequence timing on a motor starter or reversing circuit.
