The Schneider Electric MGN25135 is a C60H miniature circuit breaker from the Multi9 range, rated 40 A at 50 °C with a D tripping curve. This is the part to specify when you need high inrush immunity for motor or transformer branch circuits — the D curve holds through starting surges that would nuisance-trip a C curve.
At 415 V it derates to 15 kA Icu, and at 440 V to 10 kA Icu — so in a 400/415 V panel, coordination with an upstream device (typically a 50 kA or 65 kA molded-case breaker) is needed to keep the Ics within the 7.5 kA service rating. The D curve magnetic trip is fixed at 12 x In ±20 %, meaning instantaneous trip between 384 A and 576 A for a 40 A breaker. That suits motor starting, welding equipment, or transformer inrush where the peak draw exceeds 8–10 x In for a few cycles.
The 73 mm depth leaves clearance in standard 100 mm deep enclosures. Tunnel terminals accept 1.5 to 35 mm² rigid or flexible conductors; torque to 3.5 N·m on the power circuit.
Suitable for isolation (full disconnect rating). Earth-leakage protection requires a separate Vigi block — not integrated.
