It uses a 24 VDC coil with a rated operating range of 23–26 V, and draws 10 A at 24 V rated value, stepping down to 2 A at 48 V, 60 V, or 110 V. The contactor carries an auxiliary switch and uses spring-type terminals for the magnet coil, while the main power circuit accepts stranded conductors from 70 to 240 mm² and solid/stranded control wiring of 2x (0.25–2.5 mm²).
Duty-cycle limits and thermal management
Switching frequency depends on duty category: AC-1 (resistive) allows up to 800 operations/hour, AC-3 (motor start/run) caps at 500/h, AC-2 (slip-ring motor) at 250/h, and AC-4 (plugging/inching) at 130/h. For high-duty-cycle applications like conveyor jogging, stay within the AC-4 ceiling or the contactor will overheat. The power factor at 50/60 Hz is 0.9.
Dimensions are 202 mm depth × 145 mm width × 210 mm height. The mounting hole diameter is 11 mm, single hole.
