Mounting & Wiring
The Siemens 3RT2017-2FB42 S00 frame mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715; it can be rotated ±180° on a vertical surface or tilted ±22.5°. Spring-type terminals accept 0.5–4 mm² solid or stranded conductors, two per clamp, stripping the decision time out of panel wiring. Minimum clearances: 10 mm upward, 10 mm forward, 10 mm downward, 6 mm at the sides.
Coil & Contact Ratings
Coil rated 24 V DC; pickup at 80% of rated value, dropout between 38–65 ms. Contacts handle 10 A at 24 V DC; an auxiliary switch is built in.
