Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2023-2AL24 Power Contactor — S0 Size, 24 VDC Coil, Spring Terminals
At 230 V the auxiliary contact is rated 1 hp, so it can also switch a small single-phase motor directly. Termination is spring-type (cage clamp), accepting 1 to 10 mm² solid or stranded wire, or 2x 0.5 to 2.5 mm² fine-stranded. No screw torque to check — just strip to 10 mm and push in.
Panel Fit and Clearances
Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 102 mm high, 144 mm deep — the S0 footprint fits standard 45 mm grid spacing on a DIN rail. Side clearance to adjacent devices is 6 mm; vertical clearance above and below is 10 mm.
Switching Performance and Lifecycle
Maximum switching frequency is 1,000 cycles per hour for AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty; drops to 300 cycles per hour for AC-4 (plugging/reversing).

Arcing time is 4 to 16 ms at AC, with a typical arcing time of 10 ms.
