Mounting and panel fit — checklist for the kit
The 3RT2024-1FB44-3MA0: Fastens onto 35 mm DIN rail per EN 60715 using the screw and snap-on mechanism. No additional bracket needed for standard vertical mounting. Clearance: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm backwards, and 6 mm sideways. The contactor can be rotated ±180° on a vertical surface and tilted ±22.5° forward/backward — useful if the panel layout is tight or the rail is near a gland plate. Wire termination: solid or stranded 1…10 mm². For two conductors per terminal, use 2x 0.5…1.5 mm² solid or 2x 0.75…2.5 mm² stranded. Strip length for the screw clamp is 8 mm (standard for this class). The size S0 footprint is 45 mm wide, 85 mm tall, 151 mm deep — fits standard S0 starter assemblies.
