The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT2025-2AL20-ZW97 is a size S0 power contactor with a 24 VDC coil and spring-type terminals, rated for switching motor loads in control panels. It mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, fitting a 45 mm wide slot in the enclosure. The contactor carries an auxiliary switch and accepts solid or stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm² (or 2x 0.5 to 2.5 mm²), with a strip length of 8 to 10 mm. Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C; storage range is -55 to +80 °C.
DIN rail integration and clearances
The S0 frame occupies 45 mm width, 102 mm height, and 97 mm depth. Clearance requirements: 10 mm upward, 10 mm downward, 10 mm forward, and 6 mm at the side. The mounting position allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° tilt forward/backward.
