Mounting and panel fit

The analog output can be configured as 4-20 mA or 0-10 V to feed motor current or torque to a PLC or panel meter. An event list, error logbook, and trace function are all on board — you can review the last several start/stop events and fault conditions without a laptop. Accuracy class 5 per IEC 61557-12 means the current measurement is within 5% — adequate for protection and monitoring, not for billing-grade metering. Firmware updates are field-loadable, so you can apply Siemens patches without swapping hardware. Four parameterizable settings let you store different start profiles and switch between them for different motor loads on the same starter.
