That steep drop-off at 690 V means this breaker is sized for 400/480 V distribution panels where fault current stays under 121 kA; at 690 V it's limited to low-fault sub-distribution.
At 415 V, the 121 kA breaking capacity (Icu) puts this MCCB in the high-range class for a 63 A frame — enough to handle most transformer-fed secondary distribution without cascading. The minimum rated current is 95 A (likely the adjustable thermal-magnetic range floor), with a maximum of 756 A (the short-circuit release setting).
