Panel integration and trip coordination
The Siemens 3VA4150-6ED34-3AA0 is a 3-pole UL Frame 125 molded-case circuit breaker rated for 65 kA interrupting capacity at 480 V — class H breaking capacity, sized for high-fault industrial distribution panels where upstream transformer capacity drives available fault current above 25 kA. The TM210 thermal-magnetic trip unit is factory-set with overload protection Ir=50 A (fixed, not adjustable) and instantaneous short-circuit pickup Ii=10 x In (500 A). This fixed-trip configuration suits dedicated motor branch circuits or fixed-load feeders where the OCPD rating matches the load nameplate — no field adjustment needed, no risk of mis-calibration. FTFM (Fixed Thermal, Fixed Magnetic) means the trip curve is locked at the factory; the breaker ships as a single-purpose device. For a panel OEM wiring a 50 A compressor or pump circuit, this eliminates the possibility of an operator dialing the Ir up past the conductor ampacity.
RoHS compliance confirmed since May 2019. The declaration is on file for downstream user obligations under EU REACH. Export control classification: AL N / ECCN EAR99 — no special licensing required for commercial shipments outside embargoed destinations.
Sourcing and order posture
Product class C: manufactured/produced to order, not a stocked off-the-shelf item. This means the breaker is built against a confirmed order and cannot be returned for credit once produced. Packaged singly, dimensions 472 x 396 x 213 mm — sized for individual carton shipment rather than bulk pallet. The packaging quantity of 1 piece matches the made-to-order production flow.
