The MCB side is B-curve (trips at 3–5× rated current), rated 10 A at 30 °C, and carries a 10 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898 and 20 kA per IEC 60947-2 — the higher figure applies when the device is used in an industrial distribution board where the prospective fault current is known to be higher. The RCD side is Type A, sensitive to sinusoidal AC and pulsating DC residual currents up to 30 mA, which covers the standard shock-protection threshold for personnel in most commercial and light-industrial installations. Thermal derating is published: at 40 °C the continuous rating drops to 9.5 A, at 50 °C to 9 A, and at 70 °C to 8 A — factor this into the panel thermal budget if the RCBO sits in a crowded enclosure.
