On DC circuits it's rated 15 kA at 60 V (72 V max), so it handles control-power and small DC bus protection, not just lighting panels. It's not a D-curve for high-inrush loads like large drives, nor a B-curve for long cable runs. For a 3-pole unit at 3 MWUs (modular width units), it occupies 54 mm on the DIN rail — that's three standard 18 mm slots, so check your enclosure fill factor before committing. Ambient range runs -40 to 75 °C, which covers most unheated electrical rooms and outdoor cabinets in temperate climates. Derate above 40 °C per the thermal curve in the datasheet; the humidity limits (95% at 55 °C, stepping down to 35% at 75 °C) are typical for pollution degree 3 environments — think factory floors, not clean rooms.
Standards and approvals — what each rating means for your panel
This breaker carries dual certification: IEC/EN 60898-1 for residential and light commercial (10 kA), and IEC/EN 60947-2 for industrial use (35 kA). UL 1077 and CSA C22.2 No.235 add a 5 kA supplementary-protector rating for North American panels where the MCB is used downstream of a branch-circuit OCPD.
Dimensions: 54 mm wide (3 MWUs), 90 mm tall, 76 mm deep, with a 70 mm installation depth. Snap-on DIN rail mount in any position. Combined top and bottom terminals simplify daisy-chaining — no need for separate busbar jumpers on the load side.
