The 25 A rating holds at 35 °C ambient. At 40 °C it's 23.8 A; at 45 °C it's 23.18 A; at 50 °C it's 22.55 A; at 55 °C it's 21.88 A. The breaker will still trip within its characteristic, but the continuous current it can carry without nuisance opening drops.

Listed to IEC / EN 60898-1 and IEC / EN 60947-2, plus UL 1077. That dual rating covers both residential-style (60898) and industrial (60947-2) applications — the UL 1077 listing means it's accepted as a supplementary protector in North American panels.
