4 analog outputs in a 15 mm slice
The Siemens 6ES7135-6HD00-0BA1 is a 4-channel analog output module for the ET 200SP distributed I/O system. The module covers both voltage and current output ranges: ±10 V at 16-bit resolution including sign, 0 to 10 V at 15 bit, 0 to 20 mA at 15 bit, and 4 to 20 mA at 14 bit. That 16-bit ±10 V path gives you the finest step resolution for precision control loops like valve positioning or drive speed setpoints.
Diagnostics and wiring
Diagnostic alarm, group error, and per-channel wire-break and short-circuit detection are built in. The green/red DIAG LED and green channel-status LEDs give a quick visual on module health and output state without needing the TIA Portal open. It mates with BaseUnits type A0 or A1 — the same base unit family used across the ET 200SP analog and digital slices, so you don't need a special carrier for this module. Shielded cable runs up to 1000 m for current outputs, 200 m for voltage outputs. The module draws 150 mA max from the 24 V DC backplane bus and dissipates 1.5 W typical. Isolation is tested at 707 V DC type test between the channels and the backplane.
The 6ES7135-6HD00-0BA1 carries I&M data (I&M0 through I&M3) and supports HW functional status from FS07. It does not support isochronous mode or oversampling, so it's not the choice for high-speed synchronized output updates in motion control applications.
