Field connection for ET 200AL
The 6ES7194-2MH10-1AA0: This is a pre-assembled power cable purpose-built for the Siemens ET 200AL distributed I/O family. One meter of flexible 4-core cable terminated at each end with an M8 male connector and an M8 female socket, 4-pole. Rated IP65/67, so it carries power into the module without needing an extra junction box on the machine frame. Halogen-free and silicone-free construction means it fits into clean-environment specs (food, pharma, semiconductor) without additional fire-load or outgassing review.
Cable carrier endurance
Rated for 2 million bending cycles in a cable carrier with a bending radius of 51 mm, at 5 m/s travel speed and 5 m/s² acceleration. That is a genuine dynamic-flex rating, not a static install number—suitable for drag chains on pick-and-place or gantry axes. Single-bend minimum radius is 26 mm for one-off routing; continuous-flex minimum is 51 mm. The 180° cable outlet on the connector keeps the overall profile low at the module interface.
