The Siemens 6ES7194-2MH20-0AB0 is a factory-assembled shielded bus cable designed for connecting ET-CONNECTION nodes like the SIMATIC ET 200AL in IP65/67 environments. It comes with two M8 angled 4-pin plugs on a 2-meter PUR sheath cable, halogen-free and silicone-free, covering operating temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C.
Cable Design and Dynamic Performance
The 2Y(ST)C11Y construction uses an overlapped aluminum-clad foil plus a tin-plated copper braid for shielding, with PE-insulated cores color-coded white, yellow, blue, orange. The 5 mm outer diameter and 90-degree cable outlet suit confined panel routing. Rated for 1 million bending cycles at 100 mm radius, 4 m/s travel, and 4 m/s² acceleration, the cable is suitable for continuous flexing in cable carriers. Assembly temperature range is -30 °C to 80 °C, and permissible single-bend radius is 20 mm minimum.
