The Siemens 6ES7194-2MH20-1AC0 is a flexible power cable with a preassembled M8 female connector at one end, sized for powering ET 200AL remote I/O nodes at 24 V DC. Four cores in LIF9Y11YFHF construction handle the power feed, with a 180° straight outlet from the M8 plug. Rated for ambient assembly from -25 to 80 °C, the cable withstands continuous bending down to a 51 mm radius and is cable-carrier rated for 2 million cycles at 5 m/s with 5 m/s² acceleration – a practical spec for drag-chain gantries or robot dress packs. The connector carries IP65/67 protection, so it works directly in wet or dusty zones without an extra enclosure. Halogen-free and silicone-free jacket (PE-PUR) keeps outgassing low for cleanroom or food-processing layouts.
Integration & mounting
2 m fixed length – no field cutting. The M8 female socket mates to the ET 200AL power connector on the bus module. Four cores (white, brown, blue, black) map to 24 V and 0 V; check the ET 200AL manual for pin assignment before tightening. Outer sheath diameter 5.1 mm fits standard M8 cable glands. For single-bend routing the minimum radius is 26 mm; for continuous flex applications use 51 mm. Avoid sharp edges – the PE-PUR jacket is tough but still needs protection from metal burrs.
