Overview
The 6ES7194-7JA00-0AA0 is a Siemens sealing cap M12 for the ET200clean I/O family, supplied as a plastic version with a hygienic seal rated IP69K. Each packing unit contains 10 caps, making it a straightforward line-item for washdown-zone panel builds.
Function & operation
The cap seals unused M12 ports on ET200clean modules, maintaining the IP69K protection required for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown environments. The hygienic seal material is chosen to resist bacterial ingress and cleaning agents common in food and beverage lines. At 31.0 g per unit, the cap adds negligible weight to the assembly. RoHS compliance is documented from 30-08-24 onward, covering current production batches.
Applications
