The 6ES7223-1PL32-0XB0: Relay outputs handle 5 V to 250 V AC or 5 V to 30 V DC, switching up to 30 W on DC lamp loads and 200 W on AC. Each output is isolated from the others by relays (not opto), so shared commons are not a worry for mixed-voltage groups. Inputs are DC only, 15 V at 2.5 mA for signal "1", with a maximum switching delay of 10 ms in either direction. Unshielded cable runs up to 150 m (500 m shielded) are within spec.
Operating ambient temperature range is -40 °C to 70 °C.
Electrical specifications and footprint are identical, so it fits mechanically and electrically. However, the 6AG1 variant includes conformal coating for harsh environments; if the panel requires that protection, the standard module is not a direct functional replacement.
