The 6ES7272-1BF00-7AA0: This is the unprinted front foil overlay for the SIMATIC TD100C operator panel – the membrane sheet that goes between the display and the user. You order it unprinted, then run it through a laser printer on-site for labels that match your machine layout. Siemens lists this part as NRND; suitable for fielded TD100C replacements. For new designs, refer to current TD100C ordering data for active overlay variants.
Physical fit and thermal tolerance
The sheet measures 210 mm wide by 297 mm high (A4 portrait) and mounts in either portrait or landscape format – the TD100C bezel accepts it either way. Rated for -40 °C to 80 °C, so it stays dimensionally stable across a typical panel ambient. If the TD100C sits inside a cabinet that sees condensation or high humidity, note the 90 % maximum operating humidity at the non-condensing level. We typically ship these in the original Siemens pack of 10 – one sheet per TD100C, so a pack covers ten units.
Sourcing posture
With the NRND status, this overlay is still stocked in Siemens channels but will eventually phase to a last-time-buy window. If you need to replenish a spare for a plant floor full of TD100Cs, this is the part – we source it to order against an RFQ. Lead times are quoted at request; we have not seen allocation issues yet, but the NRND flag means it pays to secure your annual quantity rather than spot-buy when a panel goes blank.
