PM240-2 FSG — what this power module delivers
This is the Siemens SINAMICS G120/S120 PM240-2 power module in blocksize format FSG, order code 6SL3210-1PE33-0CL0. It is an air-cooled unit rated for 3-phase 380-480 VAC input at 47-63 Hz, with an integrated EMC filter meeting Class C3 and a built-in braking chopper. In high-overload duty (HO), it delivers 132 kW continuous with a 200% overload for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds, at an ambient temperature range of -20 to +50 °C. For low-overload duty (LO), the continuous rating rises to 160 kW with 150% for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds, at -20 to +40 °C ambient. The module is supplied without a Control Unit or operator panel — it is approved for use with CU firmware versions V4.7 SP9 and V5.1. Protection rating is IP20, and the dimensions are 1000 x 305 x 357 mm (H x W x D).
