Overload duty and ambient limits
High overload rating: 200 % for 3 s, 150 % for 57 s, 100 % for 240 s at ambient -20 to +50 °C. Low overload: 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, 100 % for 240 s at -20 to +40 °C. The duty cycle window matters — the 57 s overload period is the sustained boost for starting heavy loads; the 3 s peak handles transient breakaway torque. The IP20 enclosure means the module is intended for inside a panel or cabinet — no washdown or outdoor exposure without additional enclosure. The blocksize format (708 x 305 x 357 mm HxWxD) fits standard cabinet depths, but the 745 x 469 x 385 mm shipping crate is larger; plan receiving dock space accordingly.
Control Unit and firmware requirement
This power module ships without a Control Unit or operator panel — you must order those separately. The module requires at least CU firmware version V4.7 HF8 to operate.
