The 6SL3210-5BE32-2UV0: This drive is rated for 22 kW continuous output with 150% overload for 60 seconds — that extra headroom handles high-inertia starts or momentary load spikes on pumps, fans, or small conveyors without tripping. For lighter duty cycles, it supports 30 kW at 110% overload for 60 seconds, which suits variable-torque loads where peak demand is brief. The 380-480 V 3-phase input at 47-63 Hz means it lands on standard 400 V class industrial mains globally — no transformer needed for 480 V北美 plants or 400 V European lines.
I/O and control interface for standalone or networked use
Four digital inputs, two digital outputs, two analog inputs, and one analog output give enough flexibility for basic speed control, start/stop, fault reset, and speed feedback without an add-on I/O module. The built-in USS/MODBUS RTU fieldbus connects to a PLC or HMI for remote setpoint and monitoring — no separate communication card required. A built-in Basic Operator Panel (BOP) lets you commission and tune parameters at the drive face, which saves a laptop trip to the panel.
Enclosure, mounting, and compliance
