Reading the 380-440 V input envelope
The 380... 440 V +10 % -20 % line window covers 400 V and 415 V industrial mains with margin — a -20 % dip still lands around 304 V single-phase equivalent at the DC bus, which is what the converter needs to keep the IGBT bridge commutating without undervoltage trip on weak plant feeders. The 47-63 Hz tolerance accepts both 50 Hz European mains and 60 Hz North American feeders without reconfiguration, which matters on retrofit spares that move between sites. The 2.10 A LO current is the low-overload duty figure; the panel-side decision is matching it to the motor nameplate on the same shaft, not sizing the wiring from the headline number.
