The 6SL3220-1YE56-0CF0 is a SINAMICS G120X infrastructure converter rated 315 kW at 380-480 V 3AC, with a 135% overload for 3 seconds and 110% for 60 seconds (100% continuous for 240 s). That 135% short-term ceiling covers pump start-up and fan inertia without oversizing the drive — common in HVAC/water/wastewater applications where the motor pulls locked-rotor current for a couple of cycles.
Fieldbus and panel fit
Built-in PROFINET PN and Ethernet IP — no IO expansion module needed for basic fieldbus control. The drive ships as IP20 / UL open type, so it lives inside a cabinet; ambient temperature range is 0 to +45 °C without derating. Size FSH means the mounting footprint and busbar spacing match the SINAMICS G120X frame FSH mechanical drawing — confirm the cabinet depth before racking. The integrated radio interference suppression filter is category C3, which covers most industrial mains environments.
