The 6SL3220-1YE58-1CP0 is a SINAMICS G120X infrastructure converter rated 355 kW with a 135% overload for 3 seconds, 110% for 60 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds — the overload profile matches pump and fan duty where transient torque demands are short and infrequent. Input accepts 3-phase 380-480 VAC +10/-20% at 47-63 Hz, covering the global 400 V class grids without a transformer. Built-in RFI suppression filter for category C3 environments means it meets conducted emissions limits for industrial second-environment installations per EN 61800-3.
Integration and mounting constraints
Size FSH frame with IP20 / UL open type protection — requires top and bottom cable entry clearance and a minimum 100 mm air gap around the heatsink for natural convection cooling.
