400 kW overload profile for pump and fan duty
The 6SL3220-1YE60-1CB0: Rated 400 kW with a 135 % overload for 3 s, 110 % for 60 s, and 100 % for 240 s — the short-duration 135 % peak handles starting torque on centrifugal loads without oversizing the drive. Input range is 3AC 380-480 V +10/-20 % at 47-63 Hz, covering 400 V and 480 V nominal grids common in HVAC and water infrastructure.
Fieldbus and I/O for building automation
MODBUS RTU and BACnet MS/TP are integrated on the standard unit — no option board needed for BMS connectivity. USS protocol is also supported. The drive ships with IO expansion and without an operator panel; the IP20 / UL open type enclosure suits cabinet mounting in conditioned electrical rooms.
Lifecycle and ordering posture
Classified as product class C: manufactured to order, not reusable or returnable. The BOM quantity and delivery window must be confirmed at RFQ; this is not a stocked shelf item. Export control is AL N / ECCN EAR99H, so no special licensing for most commercial destinations.

RoHS compliant since 11 March 2020. REACH Article 33 duty to inform applies — lead CAS 7439-92-1 above 0.1 % w/w in certain components. RFI suppression filter for category C3 is built in, meeting conducted emission limits for industrial environments on the 3AC 380-480 V supply.
