The supply tolerance is +10/-20 % at 47-63 Hz, so it stays on the bus through the sags common on industrial mains.
Built for HVAC and water infrastructure
The G120X series is purpose-designed for HVAC, water, and wastewater applications — variable-torque loads where energy savings from VFD speed control pay back the drive cost quickly. Size FSH enclosure (IP20 / UL open type) means it mounts in a clean electrical room or MCC lineup; the 800 x 1870 x 600 mm shipping crate gives you the footprint for panel layout. An integrated RFI suppression filter for category C3 is included, so you meet the conducted emission limits for industrial environments without an external filter.
Fieldbus and IO without extra modules
PROFINET PN and Ethernet IP are onboard — no separate comms module needed. The drive also ships with IO expansion, so you can wire start/stop and speed reference directly without a fieldbus coupler. There is no operator panel on this variant; commissioning is done via the web server, the SINAMICS Startdrive engineering tool, or a handheld BOP if you add one.
