400 kW at 690 V — built for pumps, fans, and compressors
The 6SL3220-1YH60-0CB0 is a SINAMICS G120X infrastructure converter rated for 400 kW output at 690 V, with overload capability of 135% for 3 seconds or 110% for 60 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds — matching the cyclic load profile of centrifugal pumps and axial fans in HVAC and water/wastewater plants. Input accepts 3AC 500-690 V +10/-20% at 47-63 Hz, so it connects directly to European 690 V grids or North American 600 V class systems without a step-down transformer.
Fieldbus on board — no option card needed
Integrated MODBUS RTU, BACnet MS/TP, and USS protocols mean the drive talks to building management systems (BMS) and PLCs without an extra communications module — one less slot to fill and one less spare to stock. The RFI suppression filter for category C3 is built in, meeting conducted emission limits for industrial second-environment per EN 61800-3; no external filter needed for most industrial installations.
Active production, built to order
Packaging dimensions are 800 x 1870 x 600 mm — Size FSH frame — which means the drive needs substantial panel volume and busbar capacity; plan the enclosure layout accordingly.

RoHS compliant since March 2020. REACH Article 33 disclosure applies for lead (CAS 7439-92-1) above 0.1% w/w — relevant for EU downstream user obligations.
